The Research & Development centre is furnished with state-of-the-art devices and equipments for internal physical, chemical and microbiological analysis of all products. The Research & Development centre is spearheaded by a cluster of specialized technology evangelists. Formulation Development
Our Formulation Development team works on new active substances, generics, trouble shooting of existing products and patent non-infringing products for Emerging overseas markets and Domestic market.
In our F&D center, we are developing newer pharmaceutical technologies/products like Immediate release tablets, Bi-layered tablets, Delayed release tablets, Extended release tablets, Liquid orals – Syrup, Suspension, etc., External preparations like ointment, cream, gel, dusting powder, ear drops, mouthwash etc.

Analytical Research and Development
Analytical Research and Development involves pre-formulation, stability and degradation studies on APIs and finished products, and preparation of technical dossiers for registration in India and other countries. The Analytical Development team provides specific services to various departments of Spensus.
Spensus provides method development and validation services for a wide range of analytical technologies. Compliance with both GLP and cGMP regulations enables the company to support all stages of pharmaceutical development in accordance with client-specific protocols, internal SOPs, and FDA and ICH guidelines. The Analytical Development lab is equipped with sophisticated instuments like HPLCs with PDA/UV detector, FTIR, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, etc.
